100/1000BASE-T1-TX-SWITCHER
$299.00 Original price was: $299.00.$259.00Current price is: $259.00.
Features:
- 【4-PORT MANAGED T1 + GIGABIT SWITCH】 Two 100/1000BASE-T1 automotive single-pair ports (P2, P3) on 15EDG3.81-2P differential terminals plus two 10/100/1000BASE-T RJ45 ports (P0, P1) in one rugged 83.2 × 50 × 20.6 mm enclosure. Every port runs at wire-speed, non-blocking Layer 2 in full duplex, with independently selectable 100 Mbps or 1 Gbps — bridge mixed-speed ECUs, ADAS sensors, diagnostic PCs and analyzers without any speed compromise.
- 【IEEE 802.1Q VLAN + PORT MIRRORING】 Define up to 32 VLANs with tagged or untagged per-port membership for clean traffic segmentation across automotive and IT domains. Built-in port mirroring copies ingress, egress, or bidirectional traffic from P1, P2 or P3 to the dedicated monitor port P0 — feed Wireshark and protocol analyzers without ever touching the live data path.
- 【USB-C CONFIG.TXT — NO SOFTWARE, NO CLI, NO REBOOT】 Connect the USB Type-C port and the switch mounts as a removable USB drive. Edit a plain-text config.txt file in any text editor to set VLANs, mirroring rules and other parameters. Save the file and changes take effect instantly — zero-downtime configuration, no proprietary management tool, no web UI, no driver install.
- 【PER-PORT DIP SWITCHES + DUAL STATUS LEDS】 Physical DIP switches on each T1 port set 1000M / 100M speed and Master / Slave PHY role — overrides apply immediately. Dual LEDs per port give you at-a-glance system-health (solid green when self-test passes) and link / activity (solid = link up, blinking = data transfer), so you see the state of every link without logging in.
- 【AUTOMOTIVE-GRADE, WIDE INPUT, FULL KIT】 Wide DC 6–30 V input (165 mA typical @ 12 V) runs from vehicle battery, bench supply, or the included 220 V AC → 12 V adapter. Rated −40 to +85 °C, 5–95 % RH non-condensing, with integrated overvoltage, overcurrent and ESD protection on all ports. Ships with switch, 12 V adapter, USB-C cable, CAT6 patch, 2× 15EDG terminal connectors, a TE MATEnet pigtail, and a Rosenberger HMTD pigtail — ready to deploy out of the box.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
==============================================================
- The BUELEC 100/1000BASE-T1-TX-Switch is a compact, managed 4-port automotive Ethernet switch purpose-built for in-vehicle network development, diagnostics, data monitoring and integration testing. It pairs two 100/1000BASE-T1 single-pair automotive Ethernet ports with two 100/1000BASE-TX RJ45 ports, letting you bridge automotive and traditional IT network domains inside a single device — no external converters, no protocol gateways, no extra boxes.
- Every port is independently configurable at 100 Mbps or 1 Gbps in full duplex, so mixed-speed ECUs, ADAS sensors, diagnostic laptops and network analyzers can all coexist on the same switch without a speed compromise. Wire-speed non-blocking Layer 2 forwarding keeps every link running at full throughput.
- Managed features built for engineers — up to 32 IEEE 802.1Q VLANs with tagged / untagged per-port membership, plus configurable port mirroring from P1, P2 or P3 into the dedicated monitor port P0 (Rx, Tx or bidirectional). Capture real ADAS traffic on Wireshark without ever touching the live data path.
- Zero-downtime configuration over USB-C — plug a USB Type-C cable into a host PC and the switch mounts as a removable mass-storage drive. Open config.txt in any text editor, edit VLAN membership or mirroring rules, hit save, and changes take effect immediately. No proprietary management software, no CLI, no web UI, no driver install, no reboot.
- Built to survive vehicles, labs and the field — wide DC 6–30 V input, industrial-grade −40 to +85 °C operating range, 5–95 % RH non-condensing, and integrated overvoltage / overcurrent / ESD protection on every port. Per-port DIP switches let you override T1 speed and Master / Slave role in hardware, and dual LEDs give instant visibility of health and link / activity per port.
- Typical applications: in-vehicle network development and debug, DoIP diagnostics with multi-ECU access, mixed-speed 100/1000BASE-T1 protocol bridging, ADAS data capture to Wireshark, and Ethernet conformance / interoperability bench testing.
